We've built strong momentum across paid media, Amazon, TikTok, and email. As we scale, creative is becoming an important lever and a significant constraint. Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives, focusing on maximizing ROI across digital channels. Lead the creation and management of engaging content for social media management, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging that captivates diverse audiences. Oversee product management aspects related to creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market research insights, including Nielsen data. Drive multichannel marketing campaigns by coordinating efforts across e-commerce platforms, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales. Utilize analysis skills to monitor campaign performance metrics, interpret market research findings, and optimize strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning efforts to identify new market opportunities within B2B and B2C segments. Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of creativity using tools like Adobe Creative Suite; ensure all projects adhere to branding guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, product management, branding, marketing, and digital marketing within a fast-paced environment. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret Nielsen reports, market research data, and campaign analytics to inform strategic decisions. Demonstrated expertise in multichannel marketing approaches across e-commerce platforms, public relations channels, and B2B marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for overseeing creative asset development. Excellent strategic planning skills with a track record of executing successful sales-driven campaigns. Knowledge of budgeting processes related to creative projects and media spend management. Familiarity with market research tools and techniques to identify consumer trends and competitive insights.
