Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Your expertise will help us attract, engage, and convert our target audiences through compelling content, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge tools. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies leveraging SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques. Manage and optimize company websites using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital ads that resonate with target audiences. Design visually compelling graphics and banners using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva to enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for conversion optimization. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement across multiple touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging platforms, and new technologies to keep strategies innovative. Skills Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits. Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO. Experience with conversion rate optimization techniques to improve website performance and lead generation. Skilled in social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications for graphic design purposes. Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar content management systems for website updates and maintenance. Knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ad platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for troubleshooting website issues or customizing content. Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign management. Understanding of SEM strategies combined with analytics to measure campaign success effectively. Ability to analyze data using SQL or other analytics tools to derive actionable insights from digital campaigns. Experience in B2B marketing environments is a plus; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous as well.
