Job Summary The Marketing Specialist coordinates integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels for BERNINA of America. This role manages print materials, direct mail, tradeshow displays, email marketing, and dealer support while maintaining promotional content across the BERNINA Marketing Hub, bernina.com, bernette.com, and eCommerce channels. Essential Functions Brand & Campaign Management Support development, execution, optimization, and reporting of brand initiatives, promotions, and dealer programs Create marketing materials and assets as needed Develop schedules and project timelines for digital campaigns from concept to completion Support yearly planning, quarterly strategy sessions, and product launches Dealer & Retailer Support Manage and maintain the BERNINA Marketing Hub portal—the primary resource for dealer marketing materials Drive dealer locator searches and in-store foot traffic to increase retailer sales Coordinate and organize trade show fixtures for the annual BERNINA University convention and dealer events Manage inventory of brochures and all marketing materials Digital Marketing & Analytics Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies across digital channels Develop plans for digital campaigns in support of nationally advertised promotions and product launches Create monthly performance reports across all digital platforms and promotional campaigns Support social media strategy related to promotions and brand awareness Monitor and report on competitor promotions and advertising trends Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide day-to-day support to Sr. Marketing Manager on agency partnerships Contribute to quarterly and annual planning for social media, digital media, and promotional programs Core Competencies

Adobe Creative Suite:
2+ years experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Working knowledge of CRM platforms and database management Understanding of email marketing optimization, customer journeys, and segmentation Strong social media platform knowledge, including strategic differences and benefits Advanced computer and analytical skills Preferred Skills Video editing and content creation Sewing and quilting experience Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position based on a 37.5 -hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. Travel Occasional travel to trade shows, offsite meetings or customer sites is required. Travel includes driving and/or air travel and overnight stays away from home for up to a week at a time.
