Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketo Developer to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows using Marketo to enhance lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement. Your expertise will drive multichannel marketing strategies by integrating various platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills to support data-driven marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy complex Marketo campaigns including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows. Integrate Marketo with CRM systems like Salesforce and other marketing tools such as Pardot, Eloqua, and HubSpot to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution. Utilize SQL queries to extract insights from databases for campaign targeting and performance analysis. Implement tracking mechanisms using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Google Analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and attribution modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design multichannel marketing strategies that include email marketing, digital advertising, and social media campaigns. Optimize lead generation processes through segmentation, scoring models, and nurturing programs aligned with B2B marketing best practices. Conduct data analysis to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics related to attribution modeling and ROI. Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketo Developer or in a similar marketing automation role with strong knowledge of Marketo platform functionalities. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for customizing landing pages and forms within Marketo campaigns. Hands-on experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot is highly desirable. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis purposes. Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies including email marketing and digital advertising channels. Knowledge of attribution modeling techniques to evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights. Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking user behavior and campaign performance metrics. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
