Brown Sugar Babe is seeking individuals to support our Scent Soirée experience, a high-energy, luxury fragrance pop-up event hosted in cities across the country. This is a one-day contract opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fragrance and can confidently represent the Brown Sugar Babe brand while delivering an elevated customer experience. Be Provided:

As a Scent Soirée Event Team Member, you will: Engage with attendees and create a welcoming, high-energy environment Provide in-depth fragrance knowledge, including scent profiles, layering, and product recommendations Confidently speak to the Brown Sugar Babe brand, products, and overall aesthetic Support the overall guest experience throughout the event Maintain presentation standards aligned with a luxury brand environment Collaborate with the on-site event team to ensure smooth execution

Basic Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of fragrances is required (including scent profiles and customer recommendations) Familiarity with the Brown Sugar Babe brand is required Must currently reside in the event city Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Reliable and able to fulfill the full event service window
