Job Description

Operations Associate Position
  • Momento (Chicago, IL) Momento is currently accepting applications for an Operations Associate position based in Chicago, IL to assist in our activation with the Chicago Cubs (MLB) at Wrigley Field.
This role offers a motivated individual hands-on experience with a dynamic sports technology company. Momento is a sports fan experience service that captures the rollercoaster ride of every moment from every game, providing fans with a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Additionally, Momento helps teams and brands connect with their audience on a deeper level through unique analytics and insights.

Applicants will NOT be considered unless they live in the greater Chicago area. Job Description
  • Support Momento with all on-site clients in the Chicago market
  • Operate Momento systems for cleint as needed
  • Assist with various tasks within the Marketing and Operations departments
  • Help with the installation and general upkeep of camera technology at our venues.
  • Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends Job Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a student at a Chicago-area college or university.
  • Holiday & weekend availability through November 2026 required.
  • Ability to commute to and from Wrigley Field from June 2026 to November 2026.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sports.
  • Previous experience working in sports.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with professional staff.
  • Compensation & Expectations
  • 5-10 hours per week.
  • $100/game
  • No overtime or benefits are provided for this role.
