Job Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing programs - including trade show coordination, webinar production, digital campaigns, principal co-marketing initiatives, and marketing asset creation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a marketing professional who is organized, creative, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously. The Marketing Specialist works closely with the full marketing team to ensure all programs are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. The Marketing Specialist plays a central execution role across the marketing programs. From coordinating trade show logistics and producing webinars to supporting digital campaigns and designing assets in Canva, this role keeps the team's programs running smoothly. The Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with the full marketing team and operates with ownership of day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams. Job duties Coordinate end-to-end trade show logistics - booth setup, vendor management, material shipping, staffing schedules, and post-show follow-up - enabling the team to focus on customer and principal engagement at the event. Develop pre-event and post-event communication sequences (invitations, reminders, post-show recaps) aligned with the broader campaign calendar. Manage relationships with booth contractors, promotional suppliers, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution and cost control. Ensure all leads captured at events are properly logged and tracked in CRM. Support on-site at select events as needed. Own end-to-end webinar production - from topic planning and speaker coordination to platform setup, attendee communications, live facilitation support, and post-webinar follow-up. Manage the webinar content calendar in alignment with principal campaigns and company's category priorities. Ensure recordings, summaries, and key takeaways are shared internally and stored for future use. Support the execution of digital and email campaigns including asset preparation, scheduling coordination, and post-campaign logistics. Coordinate materials and logistics for principal co-marketing initiatives, including co-branded assets, event collateral, and promotional materials for joint programs. Produce co-branded assets, event collateral, and promotional materials for joint principal programs. Design and produce marketing assets using Canva - including social media graphics, event materials, sell sheets, presentation templates, and campaign visuals. Maintain an organized library of templates and finished assets for team use, ensuring all materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines. Execute all marketing activities within approved budgets; flag any variances or risks proactively. Support the marketing team on cross-functional projects as needed, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture where knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged. Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulations and the company's brand and corporate standards, and support sustainability initiatives as directed. Experience/Education needed Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B or multi-channel environment. Hands-on experience coordinating events or trade shows, including logistics and vendor management. Experience producing or supporting webinars (Zoom Webinar, Teams Live, ON24, or similar platform). Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing assets and branded materials. Strong project management and organizational skills - able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in growing within a team environment.
