The Marketing Communication Specialist supports the execution of marketing communication initiatives by coordinating translation projects, managing external documentation efforts, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in maintaining content accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across communication channels.Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end execution of translation and localization projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across marketing assets. Partner directly with external translation vendors to manage workflows, clarify requirements, and resolve content or quality issues. Manage documentation projects in collaboration with external suppliers and technical writers, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards. Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and content teams to ensure communication materials meet business and stakeholder expectations. Support and maintain content workflows within PLM systems, including providing backup support and ensuring data accuracy. Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks and ensuring on-time delivery. Review and validate marketing communication materials for quality, completeness, and adherence to guidelines. Drive process improvements by identifying gaps in workflows and recommending more efficient ways of managing content and vendor coordination. Ensure proper documentation, version control, and organization of all communication assets. Support cross-functional initiatives and take ownership of additional projects as needed.Must Have:
Experience in marketing communications, content coordination, or project coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with external vendors or suppliers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain content accuracy. Nice toHave:
Experience working with translation or localization projects. Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Exposure to working with technical writers or documentation teams. Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
