Type:
Full-time (high priority) Role Summary NAHS is hiring a high-output Marketing Operator to execute and maintain our AI-powered content and community systems. This is NOT a traditional social media manager role. You will operate within systems built using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to:
  • Publish and manage content at scale
  • Handle community engagement (comments, DMs)
  • Coordinate creators and UGC
  • Maintain marketing workflows and organization You are an executor, organizer, and communicator — not the primary strategist. Core Responsibilities 1) Content Execution & Publishing (AI-Assisted)
  • Execute weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Use AI-generated content (captions, scripts, hooks) and refine for brand voice and compliance
  • Schedule and publish content via Sprout Social / Meta Business Suite
  • Repurpose UGC and long-form content into multiple short-form assets 2) Community Management (High Priority)
  • Respond to comments and DMs daily across all platforms
  • Maintain a consistent, professional, and compliant brand voice
  • Escalate customer service or compliance-sensitive issues appropriately
  • Identify recurring questions and feedback loops for content ideas 3) Creator & UGC Coordination
  • Coordinate micro-influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors, facilitating aligned collaborations with the Director of Marketing and Founder.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and communication
  • Ensure content is received, organized, and usable
  • Maintain creator database and outreach tracker 4) Content Production Support (Light Creative)
  • Use Canva/Designated AI platforms to produce: ○ Carousels ○ Story sets ○ Thumbnails
  • Perform basic short-form editing (Opus Clips/CapCut/Descript or similar)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets 5) AI Workflow Execution
  • Use ChatGPT and Claude to: ○ Generate captions, scripts, and content ideas ○ Repurpose content at scale ○ Assist with reporting and organization
  • Follow established SOPs and improve workflows over time 6) Organization & Reporting
  • Maintain content calendar, folders, and naming systems
  • Track weekly
KPIs:
○ Posting volume ○ Engagement ○ Audience Growth ○ Top-performing content
  • Provide simple weekly reports with key insights Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years in social media, content, or marketing execution
  • Strong written communication (short-form, conversational tone)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred)
  • Canva/Adobe Suite proficiency (templates, carousels, basic design)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented Preferred (Not Required)
  • Short-form video editing experience
  • Experience with influencer/affiliate coordination
  • Familiarity with supplements, wellness, or regulated industries
  • Basic understanding of compliance-safe language (DSHEA/FTC) Key Traits

Compensation Base Salary Range:
$55,000
