  • 1 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certificate 2 Demonstrate strong knowledge of SFMC Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder 3 Ability to understand and describe SQL, AMPScript, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS 4 Ability to collaborate with Architects, PM, PgM, and other cross-functional partners to achieve project goals in a timely and accurate way 5 Strong documentation skills The Marketing Automation QA Specialist (SFMC) is part of the Digital Lab and will be responsible for playing an integral part of the team building 1:1 marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities include:
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks and documentation on high-complexity omnichannel marketing campaigns, including all functional elements of campaigns (creative builds, automations, queries, journeys, etc)
  • Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns within the marketing automation platform.
  • Create, review, and share standard quality control documents and follow process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in agile delivery activities such as QA and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain documents per requirements of department document management policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve gaps and implement improvements to QA processes and documentation
  • Provides exemplary customer service while setting, maintaining, and exceeding brand expectations. Provide updates on projects and any risks to Associate Director.
  • Keep abreast of 1:1 marketing and email industry best practices and new technology by participating in professional organizations, as well as attending industry seminars and conferences.
Provide recommendation to Associate Director on how to apply at company.

Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
  • 3-4 years of experience of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in either campaign build, or campaign and technical QA capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute plans and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
  • Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrates a clear aptitude for managing projects. Ability to assign priorities and meet delivery dates
  • Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively
  • Knowledge of database, email, digital, 1:1 marketing concepts and best practices
  • Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, SQL, and
HTML/ CSS
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
