Position Purpose:
Ensure the successful sale of Major Insurance Company group products. Conserve and enhance existing business through effective account management. Cultivate and maintain good relationships with Japanese accounts and brokers. [ Essential Duties ] ・Essential Functions of the

  • Achieve sales goals with new business and cross sales
  • Maintain good relationship with management of Japanese accounts
  • Participate actively in renewal process for important Japanese accounts
  • Participate in client and broker meetings as required ・Broker/Consultant and Partner Co. Relationships
  • Cultivate broker and consultant relationships
  • Familiarize brokers/consultants with [Company Name] products and services ・Product/Marketing Enhancement
  • Research issues for the development of strategic marketing proposals
  • Provide marketing planning with competitive industry data as requested ・Team Building

FLSA:
Exempt 8am~6pm
  • 50/50 hybrid work policy. [ Working Location ] Illinois (Suburbs of Chicago) [ Salary / Benefit ] $105,000
  • $125,000 / Medical/Vision/Dental/Health insurance/401K [ Holidays ] Saturday/Sunday [ Qualifications ] ・Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience ・Life/Health insurance license in assigned state(s) or ability to obtain one within 90 days from start of employment ・Fluency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) ・Prior experience with Japanese culture and customs a plus (3+ years working with a Japanese company preferred) ・Valid US driver's license [ Others ] ・
