We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Digital Content and Website Specialist for our Schaumburg, IL office.WHO YOU ARE
You are a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys owning a website end-to-end. You are structured, detail oriented and motivated by performance metrics like SEO visibility, search performance and conversion rates. You are comfortable working in WordPress, curious about AI-driven search and content optimization. You are team oriented and motivated by challenges. You enjoy collaborating across teams to support marketing initiatives.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and manage the company website and eCommerce experience in WordPress Build, update, and optimize web pages and campaign landing pages Improve site structure, UX, mobile performance, speed, and navigation Execute on-page SEO and support AI/semantic search optimization Manage product content and pricing updates Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and lead capture tools Support marketing campaigns with digital content, basic graphics, and light video editing Maintain site health, security, and performanceREQUIRMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field 1-3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or SEO Strong hands-on experience with WordPress Working knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and user experience Familiarity with AI-driven or semantic search is a plus BasicHTML/CSS
knowledge Experience using AI tools for content or SEO optimization Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plusSOME OF WHAT YOU'LL ENJOY A
