  • $55,000 Role Summary The Junior Marketing Specialist (Growth & Creative) is an entry-level, high-upside role designed for a self-starter eager to develop across multiple marketing disciplines.
This position blends creative execution with strategic thinking, supporting the Marketing Manager in driving brand growth, dealer engagement, and revenue through digital and traditional channels.

This individual will not just execute tasks—they will actively contribute ideas, test concepts, and help shape marketing direction. Core Objectives Support the execution and evolution of marketing initiatives across channels Develop creative assets that align with brand and sales goals Assist in growing social media presence and engagement Contribute to e-commerce optimization and promotional strategy Collaborate on marketing strategy, campaigns, and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Support website updates, product merchandising, and promotional setup Ensure product listings are visually and descriptively optimized Assist with campaign launches (Freedom Friday, Focus Weeks, etc.) Monitor performance and suggest improvements 2. Graphic Design & Creative Execution Design marketing assets including emails, banners, ads, and social content Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs Assist in product-focused promotional design (flyers, dealer materials, campaigns) Continuously improve creative quality and performance based on feedback 3. Marketing Strategy & Growth Support Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign ideation Bring forward new ideas for promotions, content, and dealer engagement Assist in analyzing campaign performance and key metrics Support long-term growth initiatives and brand positioning 4. Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms Monitor engagement and interact with audience where appropriate Identify trends and opportunities within the shooting sports and outdoor industry Assist in developing campaign concepts and content series
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the firearms, outdoor, or sporting goods industry. Understanding of brand development and digital marketing best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and diligence. Basic familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, design software, Shopify, BigCommerce). Self-starter who works well in a team-focused and fast-paced environment. Passion for the industry and a solid understanding of its culture, language, and customer base. Preferred experience with photo/video production, content creation, or graphic design (
Adobe Creative Suite:
