We are looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Intern to play a key role in assisting our team with building our digital footprint and marketing game from the ground up. Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Serve as a core contributor to the "ground-up" build of our new company website. You will assist with site architecture, content migration, and third-party CMS integrations, all the while ensuring that the work product aligns with our updated brand standards. Implement SEO best practices to increase our organic visibility and ensure our service lines reach the right clients across Northern Indiana. Work with our team to create, schedule, and analyze digital content across LinkedIn and other professional platforms to drive engagement and brand authority. Utilize data tools to track website traffic and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership. Ensure that our new digital presence accurately reflects our core mission and values, driving brand alignment, creating a seamless experience from the homepage to all tangibles and collateral.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow), basic SEO principles, and Google Analytics. Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and a strategic mindset when it comes to digital trends. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to produce clean, professional digital assets that resonate with an industrial B2B audience. A proactive "Achiever" who enjoys taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion.
