Description LEA Professional is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives across paid, earned, shared and owned media channels, with a primary focus on content development and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in planning, executing and analyzing content marketing initiatives and paid advertising campaigns across key channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. - Write, edit, proof, and publish engaging content for blogs, newsletters, webpages, and social media posts—manage and schedule content across multiple platforms
- Assist in the planning, execution and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns, including paid advertising programs (Google PPC) and sponsored content (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Coordinate with internal teams, agency partners and customer stakeholders (dealers, distributors, and integrators) to meet project deadlines—primary deliverables include case studies, new partner announcements and product releases
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and SEO best practices
- Support event and tradeshow planning, including asset development and post-event follow-up
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as brochures and presentations
- Keep partner marketing kit updated with the most current assets

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Brand and/or product marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Working knowledge of social media management software (Agorapulse), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), project management applications (Trello), and analytics platforms (Databox)
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM and content strategy
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)
- B2B manufacturing or tech industry experience is a plus
