No The Opportunity As the Sr. Marketing Specialist - Power Providers, you will have the opportunity to: + Ensure delivery of Enterprise Marketing strategic plans,positioning the BV brand andpromoting our full portfolio of solutionswhilesupporting pipeline growth through qualified leads. + Serve as a marketing partner supporting Power Providers, gaining direct exposure to one of BV's largest and most strategic client segments. The Team Black & Veatch's Enterprise Evolutionteamconsists of critical functions focused onidentifyingmarket opportunities and bringing together our client-facing and growth efforts. This role provides hands-on experience acrosscampaigns, events, and client-facing marketing,while working closely with senior leaders and buildingstrategicmarketingexpertise.
It will report to the Head of Marketing for Power Providers and Construction. Key Responsibilities + Manage implementation of enterprise marketing strategy. + Coordinate with functional teams to execute campaigns. + Support client-facing marketing activities, including industry events, association engagement, and coordination with account teams. + Manage eventand campaigndeliverableswith our creative, marketing communications, social media,digital, and analyticsteams(includingbooth, signage, social, collateral, content, and more). + Ensure brand integrity across client-facing efforts. + Track association engagement andimpact. + Manage,analyzeand qualify lead generation results in conjunction with Marketing Lead and Demand Generation teams. Understand the impact of campaign efforts and adjust accordingly. + Develop, track, and report on KPIs. What You Will Get:

Preferred Qualifications + Excellentcommunication skills, including written andverbal. + Strongtrack recordof managing marketing campaigns day-to-day within a complex and matrixed B2B environment, particularly ina servicesindustry. + Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns, events, and stakeholders simultaneously. + Strong collaboration and teamwork skills- ability toeffectivelywork across diverse teams and geographic locations isa must. + Understandsintegrated marketing mix to support digital and traditional marketing efforts. + Customer-first mentality in how we market and promote our services and offerings. + Continuously explores new and innovative ways to deliver smarter, more effective campaigns, including with AI. + Execution-focused mindset,withexceptionalattention to detail. + Familiarity with energy markets preferred.
