Job Description

ALD is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence across digital, print, and event channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Website Management
  • Manage, update, and maintain the company website to ensure content is current and accurate.
  • Keep product listings and inventory up to date, ensuring accuracy
  • Oversee product listing quality including descriptions, specifications, and photography
  • Coordinate and manage product photography to maintain a consistent, professional visual standard Social Media Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others as applicable Create and schedule engaging content, graphics, and video to grow brand awareness and audience engagement Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and track performance analytics General Marketing • Design and manage production of print materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and branded merchandise • Create marketing materials, signage, and promotional products for trade shows.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience managing websites, social media, trade shows, and print materials Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Photography or videography skills a plus Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Pay:
$41,600.00 - $45,000.00 per year
