Key Responsibilities Marketing & Growth Increase awareness of HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Counseling Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to generate new client inquiries Increase referral relationships and referral sources Assist with therapist and provider recruitment marketing initiatives Identify new opportunities for growth and community engagement Content & Brand Development Create and manage educational content across multiple platforms Create videos, graphics, social media content, and marketing materials Repurpose existing content into multiple formats Develop mental health awareness campaigns Help strengthen and maintain brand consistency AI & Automation Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency Create workflows and systems that support marketing growth Utilize automation tools to improve lead nurturing and communication Stay current with emerging AI and marketing technologies Community Outreach & Partnerships Develop community outreach initiatives Build relationships with organizations, schools, physicians, employers, and community partners Identify opportunities to increase visibility both online and within local communities Support referral development and partnership growth Qualifications The ideal candidate: Has experience in marketing, content creation, branding, or business growth Understands social media, digital marketing, and audience engagement Has experience with video editing, graphic design, or content production Is comfortable using AI and automation tools Thinks strategically and enjoys solving problems Takes initiative and operates with an ownership mentality Has strong communication and organizational skills Is passionate about helping others and creating meaningful impact Preferred Skills Social media marketing Content creation Video editing Graphic design Copywriting AI tools and automation Community outreach Lead generation Partnership development Marketing strategy Why This Opportunity Is Different This is more than a traditional marketing position.
