Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, digital marketing, and website management, along with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with organization and execute tasks with a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the company's WordPress website, including modifying existing pages and creating new ones Design and create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Develop and manage visual content for digital campaigns, including social media and email marketing Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms Develop catchy and effective advertisements for e-campaigns Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality Monitor and report on campaign performance as needed
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in WordPress (content updates, page creation, and basic customization) Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms Strong graphic design skills and understanding of visual branding Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks Preferred (Desired)
Skills:
Experience with AutoCAD and 3ds Max for creating website drawings, renderings and occasional animations
