Pomelo Care is a leading women's healthcare company dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized support for patients navigating critical health milestones. We are launching an field marketing pilot in Massachusetts to drive awareness and local community connections for our (peri)menopause product line.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly organized Field Marketing Specialized to execute a localized marketing pilot. This is a "scrappy" field campaign focused on relationship-building and strategic material distribution. Strategic Local Distribution:
Visit local venues—such as fitness studios, boutique gyms, cafes, libraries, supermarkets, and local wellness clinics—to distribute flyers and leave-behind materials.
Relationship Pitching:
Confidently approach business owners, managers, or front-desk staff to secure permission to leave materials on community tables, front counters, or pinned to public bulletin boards.
Compliance & Brand Alignment:
Adhere strictly to provided guidelines—leaving materials only where explicitly permitted, keeping materials unaltered, and professionally representing Pomelo Care's core values.
Route Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain a simple, daily digital log of locations visited, materials left, and qualitative feedback on business owner receptivity (including taking quick smartphone photos of the placed materials for accountability).
Requirements & Qualifications:
Age:
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Transportation:
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a reliable personal vehicle with valid automobile liability insurance (driving between venues is required for this role).

Strong interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable walking into a business, introducing yourself and the company, and making a request to leave materials.
Tech-Savvy:
Access to a smartphone with a camera and internet connection to track your route and complete a simple digital logging sheet.
Background/Interest:
A professional demeanor. Experience in brand representation, local marketing, customer service, or an interest in women's health/wellness is a major plus.
What We Offer:
A rate of $20 to $25/hour depending on experience. Potential for extended hours or recurring contract work if the pilot yields strong registration results.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
