Mission:
Balance's Global Brand Marketing Team is responsible for Balance's brand strategy, creative vision, and strategic integration of our ambassadors (athlete & entertainer) across Balance's global consumer experience. Comprised of Brand Strategy, Ambassador Integration and Gaming teams, as well as our Global Creative Studio, the Global Brand Teams partners across the business
  • from Direct to Consumer, Category Marketing and Go-To-Market teams, to Design, Product & Merchandising
  • to deliver Balance's strategy and vision to market.
You will assist by supporting the Global Brand Marketing and Ambassador Integration teams on a series of deliverables, with a focus on our Global Brand Campaign development and the implementation of our Ambassador Integration strategy. Major Accountabilities Assist with Balance Ambassador Integration Planning Provide support to Global Ambassador Integration team and Sports Marketing teams on implementation of our Monitor athlete posts and trends and provide insights on NB's young athletes from 18-25 year-old lens. Assist with Global Brand Campaign Development Provide support to Global Brand team on all tasks related to development Gain understanding of how campaign works across our global markets and with partners Requirements for

Temporary associates are provided three options for medical insurance as well as dental and vision insurance and an associate discount.
