Full-Time or Part-Time Available (Flexible Scheduling for the Right Candidate) About Us Boston Cigar Club and Tangierino Lounge are premier hospitality destinations in Charlestown, offering an elevated experience centered around luxury cigars, exceptional service, curated events, and a vibrant social atmosphere. As we prepare to launch an exciting new restaurant concept, we are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to help drive growth across all of our brands. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives for Boston Cigar Club, Tangierino Lounge, and our upcoming restaurant. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership and management to build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, promote events, and support long-term business growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles. Create engaging content including photography, video, graphics, promotions, and event announcements. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales. Promote special events, live entertainment, cigar dinners, tastings, holiday events, and grand opening initiatives. Work closely with ownership and management to develop marketing strategies and achieve business objectives. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, media partners, and community organizations. Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives. Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and brand reputation. Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support website updates, digital advertising efforts, and promotional initiatives. Assist with the planning and execution of special events and community outreach programs. Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus. Photography, videography, and content creation experience are highly desirable. Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
