Job Description

Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of relevant B2B professional services experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (3/2) position in Boston of Hartford. Preferred experience in the AEC industry. Will be working on RFPs/RFQs, marketing materials to support the business development process, assist with events, and manage the CRM system. Salary is 75-80K with some flex to 85K depending on qualifications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing, business development, and firm visibility efforts. This role will help drive pursuit strategy, coordinate proposals and interview materials, maintain CRM data, and support broader marketing initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport marketing and business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and firm collateralCoordinate and help develop RFQ/RFP responses, interview decks, and pursuit materialsSchedule and facilitate Go/No-Go meetings and support opportunity trackingConduct market and competitor research to identify trends and potential opportunitiesMaintain and update CRM records, contacts, opportunities, and marketing contentCollaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure high-quality, targeted submissionsSupport business development processes, event coordination, and conference visibilityAssist with website, social media, and other communications projects as needed
