Jobs › Boxborough, MA › Digital Marketing Specialist Robert Half Digital Marketing Specialist Boxborough, MA Apply Description Robert Half is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist / Project Manager to join a fast-paced, collaborative team and own integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and optimization. This is an ideal opportunity for a mid-level marketer who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and is confident partnering cross-functionally to drive impactful, data-driven campaigns. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of integrated, 360° marketing campaigns Develop creative and media briefs aligned to business goals Partner with external agencies to manage campaign delivery Review and provide feedback on creative, copy, and media plans Track campaign performance, define KPIs, and optimize based on data insights Analyze campaign data (Excel/CRM) and present clear recommendations Support digital execution across channels and website updates (HubSpot preferred) Manage timelines, status reports, and cross-functional coordination Requirements Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end Strong understanding of media planning and campaign workflows Experience working with external agencies Proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Adobe marketing tools Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, lean team environment Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
