Role:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, working directly with homeowners to evaluate their needs and deliver high-quality solutions. We believe in investing in our people. No prior roofing or industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive, structured training to ensure your success from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct local community outreach and meet directly with homeowners. Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on integrity. Perform basic property evaluations to identify homeowner needs. Educate clients on available products, services, and solutions. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proven work ethic with a self-motivated mindset. Comfortable working in a field-based, outdoor environment. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
