You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support our growth goals and amplify our brand across the CMMC and defense contractor community. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, excited about AI-powered marketing, and want your work to matter — this role is for you. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B software or technology company. I strong desire for developing high impact creative assets across digital, print and interactive elements. Hands-on experience with event marketing, webinars, content creation, and social media. A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and how they can accelerate creative and marketing work. Strong writing and communication skills — you can adapt your voice to fit the audience. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creative thinker who loves generating ideas and turning them into action. Responsive, proactive, and dependable — your team can count on you. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift. Willingness to be in our Baltimore office at least 2+ days per week.
