Marketing Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience. Hands-on experience managing email campaigns and social media channels for an enterprise or global brand. Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools. Experience with organic and paid LinkedIn strategy for B2B audiences. Strong writing, communication, and project management skills with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage email as a channel end to end, including requirements gathering, authoring, design, and on-time campaign launches. Oversee personalized direct communications to support outreach from internal teams to clients and prospects. Support social media priorities and serve as a point of contact within the digital operating model across business units and cross-functional teams. Aggregate, analyze, and report on digital channel KPIs including lead-to-contact conversion, campaign performance, and list optimization. Coordinate production and operations for email and social media across multiple stakeholders, managing content calendars and aligning launch priorities with marketing managers.
