Full Job Description The Opportunity:

Join one of the fastest-growing exterior firms in the DMV. Headquartered in Bethesda, we are currently scaling into the DC and Virginia markets, with plans for the entire tri-state area. We are looking for high-energy Field Marketing Representatives to be the face of our expansion.

The Role:

You are the engine of our sales pipeline. You will engage with residential and business communities through direct door-to-door outreach and represent the brand at high-traffic home shows and trade shows booked by the company. Competitive 3-

Tiered Payout Structure:

The Lead:

$40 for every qualified appointment set.

The Inspection:

$60 once our technician completes the exterior inspection.

The Close:

$350 flat-fee bonus when your lead converts to a signed contract.

Requirements:

Experience is a major plus, but we will train those who show the right drive and competence. Must be willing to travel to various territories within the

MD/DC/VA

area. Availability for weekend trade shows/events when booked. Responsibilities Engage with community members and prospective customers through face-to-face canvassing at various locations and events Promote our products and services by delivering compelling presentations tailored to audience interests Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling to nurture leads and follow up on previous interactions Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and update customer information accurately Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and event strategies effectively Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including telemarketing and business development efforts Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, clarifying product benefits, and ensuring positive experiences during interactions Experience Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and strong communication skills are essential Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) sales or technology sales is a plus Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections confidently Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and sales pipelines Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate clearly with diverse audiences Ability to work independently in outdoor settings and at various community events Proven track record of building relationships through outbound calling, warm calling, or direct outreach efforts Embark on a vibrant career path where your energy fuels our brand's growth!
