Event Marketing Operations Intern

Sartorius has a 6-month position for an Event & Marketing Operations Intern. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of various marketing programs, events and operational processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will reside in either Ann Arbor MI, or Memphis, TN. What you will accomplish together with us: Assist in the logistical planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and user group meetings across NA and LATAM. Support the creation and distribution of event-related communications, such as invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails. Support execution of regional marketing campaigns and special projects across email, digital, and field channels Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies for campaigns and product launches Manage and update event registration platforms and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation and scheduling. Support the operations team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document organization. Monitor and track event and campaign performance metrics, assisting in post-event analysis and reporting. Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

What will convince us:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (rising Jr. or Sr.) or Master's degree program in Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
