We partner with venues, events, and local operators to run high-throughput, compliant, human-centered activations — from permanent anchor locations to mobile pop-up deployments. Our model combines venue partnership development, field staffing, and consent-first user education to prove throughput and reliability across markets. Overview Access Point Studios LLC is hiring to support World Orb verification assignments at approved malls, events, and other high-traffic venues. Our first location will be at Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills, MI, with imminent expansion coming around metro Detroit venues. We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Field Activation Specialist to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through hands-on activation efforts. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in various retail environments, orchestrating impactful product demonstrations, event marketing initiatives, and social media campaigns. This is a high-energy, public-facing role for individuals comfortable working in professional, fast-paced environments. Unlike passive roles, this assignment requires active outreach and proactively approaching the public to explain digital identity technology and guiding them through the Orb verification process.
Duties Active Pitching:
Continually approaching and engaging passersby to generate interest. You must be confident in initiating conversations and using approved "hooks" to invite participation.
Participant Guidance:
Conducting "consent-first" education flows. You ensure every participant understands the process and privacy disclosures before proceeding to the Orb.
Site Readiness:
Preparing the assigned area according to setup standards (e.g., managing cables, checking Wi-Fi, and ensuring a clean workspace).
Flow Management:
Assisting with line flow and general site organization to ensure a smooth, professional participant experience.
Reporting:
Submitting required operational notes, volume metrics, and incident reporting at the end of each assignment. Collaborate with store staff and event partners to ensure seamless activation setups and successful execution of marketing initiatives Plan, coordinate, and execute product demos and promotional events at retail locations to generate buzz and increase product visibility Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is highly desirable for understanding consumer needs and delivering excellent service Demonstrated sales ability with a passion for promoting products and driving customer interest Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus for engaging diverse communities Experience in event marketing or public speaking helps deliver impactful presentations and demos Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with customers and team members Base Hourly + Performance Incentives. Compensation is provided per assignment and will be shared before acceptance (for example, an hourly assignment rate and/or a per-assignment rate, with possible performance incentives tied to completed verifications meeting assignment standards).
