Job Description We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Demand Creation Specialist. This full-time sales position requires daily travel throughout east Michigan and Ohio. The role involves educating and promoting our specialty products—including premium siding and railing amongst others—by building relationships with builders, remodelers, installers, and partnered dealers.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand designated products, their benefits, and installation processes and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Identify leads and manage prospects through sales calls, capturing outcomes in a CRM system.
• Identify builders, remodelers, and installers to promote product usage and create demand for our brands.
• Educate builders, contractors, architects, and code officials on the products we represent and their benefits.
• Attend and perform job site trainings on product installation, including hands-on demonstrations.
• Attend trade shows and dealer events to promote products to prospects and customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience
• Experience in building materials industry preferred but not required
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• A clear driving record and eligibility to drive company vehicle
• Willingness to use, and comfortability with, construction power tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortability presenting in front of others

Pay:

$55,000.00
