If you're passionate about digital experiences, web development, and engaging online audiences, we'd love to hear from you! Position Summary This role is responsible for developing and maintaining online storefronts, deploying email marketing campaigns, and executing general HTML development to support digital communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is proficient in web technologies, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across digital channels. Essential Functions
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize digital storefronts to ensure a seamless online experience.
  • Implement product updates, promotions, and UI/UX improvements for better customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate e-commerce platforms with marketing initiatives.
  • Work well within the department and other teams to maintain excellent client experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storefront functionality, performance, and compatibility.
  • Design, develop, and deploy email marketing campaigns using industry best practices.
  • Create responsive, HTML-based email templates that align with brand standards.
  • Segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future outreach.
  • Ensure email deliverability, compliance with best practices, and accessibility across devices.
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and digital marketing assets with HTML, CSS, and responsive web pages.
  • Optimize web content for performance, SSO, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to enhance digital communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Pageflex, Propago, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of USPS and automation workflow software (BCC, Quadient, Enfocus Switch).
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mindfire/BeeFree, HubSpot, etc).
  • Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and UX best practices.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. 5+ years in web development, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles. Knowledge of email automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking a plus.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
