Job Description In our Marketing role at Arrowaste, this position is vital to our company's image in professionalism and excellence; and is crucial to our long-term success in the solid waste and recycling industry. Working with our current sales, operations, and management team, you will be a valued team member creating and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers. The focus of this position is to market our company to the public to grow and maintain waste and recycling services to the residential and commercial sector in our service territory. In addition, this position will also "market" to our current employees. Arrowaste believes it is important to keep our culture of service, inclusiveness, and brand, while keeping it a light and positive place to work.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Email marketing, Direct Mail, Business Networking, Print Advertising, Web Advertising, Broadcast Media, Trade Shows, School Sports programs, and Chambers. Public Relations Parades, Articles, New Releases, Local Events, Town Meetings, County Solid Waste Planning. Sales Activities Account Reviews, Lead Follow Ups, CSR training and materials Identity Apparel and Promotional Material, Identity Materials (note pads, pens, mini-carts), Sales Materials (flyers, folders, posters), Vehicle and Container Graphics Website Online leads, Local Search Marketing, Online Marketing (Pay Per Click), SEO, Social Media Event Planning Driver Cookouts, Golf Outing Expo, Chamber Event Expo, Employee Appreciation Days, Company Holiday Parties. Miscellaneous Help management, operations, sales, and customer service with special projects as needed. Qualifications- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or a degree in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong motivation
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of key programs in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Graphic design knowledge Welcomed but Not Required
- Advanced knowledge of the WordPress platform and experience working with it
- Proficiency in video filming and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Google AdWords knowledge

$51,000.00- $72,000.
