Riverside Cleaning Co. is hiring an Entrepreneur Trainee. Spend 12-24 months learning every part of our company, then launch and run a new Riverside Cleaning location of your own. The Opportunity The Entrepreneur Trainee is a structured 12-24-month runway designed to develop you into the leader of a new Riverside Cleaning location. You will report directly to the owner and the operations manager, learn the business from the inside out, and step into ownership-track leadership when you and the team agree you're ready. When you launch your location, you'll have the opportunity to earn equity in that location — turning the years you invest into long-term ownership of the business you helped build. Year 1:
What You'll Do Mentorship:
Train side-by-side with the owner and operations manager, learning Riverside's systems, processes, and standards.
Marketing:
Collaborate on marketing campaigns — social content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, local outreach, email, and digital advertising.
Frontline operations:
Work alongside our cleaning teams to learn the craft, earn the respect of frontline staff, and understand the customer experience from the ground up.
Sales:
Complete formal sales training and contribute to estimating, lead follow-up, proposals, and closing new accounts. Operations & systems: Shadow scheduling, hiring, customer-experience, and back-office processes that keep the company running.
Relationships:
Build relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and community partners. Year 2 and
Beyond:
Launch Your Location Plan:
Co-develop a market plan and go-to-market strategy with the owner.
Build:
Recruit, train, and lead a new local team.
Lead:
Own sales, marketing, operations, and P&L for the new location.
Own:
Earn equity in the location you build and grow. Who We're Looking For Recent college graduate, or 1-4 years post-grad. Sales and marketing experience — internships, agency, in-house, club leadership, or your own side hustle all count. Working knowledge of digital marketing across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; comfortable producing short-form video and basic social content. Entrepreneurial drive — you want to run something, not just work somewhere. Strong work ethic and humility — willing to do the unglamorous work (yes, including cleaning) and lead from the front. Excellent communicator, comfortable with customers, employees, and prospects.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$50,000-$53,000 per year
Schedule:
40-45 hours/week, Monday-Friday — no weekends
Retirement:
401(k) with 4% company match after 90 days Profit sharing PTO & sick time after 90 days of employment Equity opportunity in a future Riverside Cleaning location Direct Mentorship from the owner
