Job Description

General Purpose:
Partner with the Executive Team and other stakeholders to manage the production and execution of marketing assets and experiences for MDA Insurance and MDA Services, including all corporate websites, print, and electronic publications. Coordinates and develops various marketing functions, projects, and responsibilities utilizing both print and electronic media. Essential Job Functions
  • Partner with members of the Executive Team, under the guidance of the Director of MDA Services and Marketing, to produce and execute print and digital channel experiences.
Managing the migration toward more digital channels as appropriate. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to the Director of MDA Services & Marketing. Produce digital media and brand assets, including video, motion graphics, and social media content. Responsible for executing projects deploying digital best practices, and keep current on the same as directed by the Director of MDA Services & Marketing Manages the execution of current and new initiatives with print and digital content. Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, timing, budget, and deliverables. Responsible for coordinating and executing digital, print, and other marketing projects. Leverage platforms to streamline digital communications.
Secondary Job Functions:
Assist the Director of MDA Services & Marketing in promoting endorsed products and Services. Provide marketing materials for D-MMEX Easyrefine for all endorsing states. Provide marketing materials to support MyDentalRadiography in states utilizing the service. Serves as backup to the executive assistant in mail processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
  • Digital marketing certificate preferred; 1-5 years' experience as a Digital Media & Content Specialist or Digital Marketing/Content Specialist or similar role. Position Requirements (Skills & Abilities):
  • Proven experience in media editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Competency in InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Fluency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for digital and print.
  • Stellar organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to execute and achieve results.
  • Growth mindset and passion to learn new technologies and skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, able to manage a variety of different projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in small cross-functional teams.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
  • A quick learner who will follow directions well, can work independently, and can also be self-sufficient.
  • Effective interpersonal relationship skills: a team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.

Comments:
This position is hourly and may require overtime, for example during the annual session or to complete special projects/requests in a timely manner. Approval for overtime (once approved by DOM) is granted by the executive director and human resources. The employee in this position may be required to spend some time performing duties and responsibilities related to MDA subsidiary functions and activities. This position requires frequent travel throughout MI.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
