Company Overview Midland Tool has been a trusted provider to the industrial construction trades since 1962, We support trades including pipefitters, boilermakers, ironworkers, and electricians with high-quality tools and materials to keep projects moving forward. Job Overview We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the daily execution of marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels within the construction and industrial space. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks across ecommerce, email, website content, product merchandising, promotions, and campaign support. You'll work closely with the marketing team to help keep projects moving, campaigns launching on time, and digital platforms updated and optimized. This is a hands on role with opportunities to grow into broader digital marketing and ecommerce responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Support execution of marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels Build and schedule email campaigns, promotions, and customer communications Assist with website updates, landing pages, and promotional content Maintain product content, merchandising, and ecommerce updates Coordinate campaign assets with internal teams and outside vendors Support SEO initiatives including metadata, on page content updates, and keyword implementation Assist with social media scheduling and content publishing Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and promotional schedules Pull basic reporting from GA4, email platforms, and ad platforms Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales initiatives Additional Responsibilities as assigned Required Skills & Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, or digital operations Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with email marketing platforms Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per yearBenefits:
