Engineer and construct specialized tooling, work-holding devices, and fixtures to improve production efficiency. Develop, refine, and validate CNC programming to ensure optimal machine performance. Prepare visual presentations using PowerPoint to secure necessary customer sign-offs. Verify that all supplier documentation aligns with current customer-approved standards for accuracy. Annotate technical drawings and produce standardized inspection documentation to support quality control. Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from initial raw material intake to the final delivery of finished goods. Essential Competencies Demonstrate clear and effective communication across all levels, including customers, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Apply a meticulous approach to tasks to ensure high-quality results through superior organizational and scheduling habits. Foster a collaborative atmosphere by contributing positively to team-based projects and goals. Professional Background Possess three to five years of hands-on experience within a Process Engineering role. Hold a Bachelor's degree or demonstrate equivalent professional experience in the field. Maintain a deep understanding of standard machining operations and industrial manufacturing settings. Show technical proficiency in software platforms such as AutoCAD, Mastercam, Glovius, and Esprit. Utilize ERP software effectively, with preference given to those familiar with Global Shop. Confirm status as a U.S. Citizen.
