CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Description:
We are seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to help build and operate a high-volume, omni-channel notification platform supporting customer communications across push, SMS, email, and in-app messaging, with a strong focus on mobile and push activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering teams to support APIs, integrations, and backend services for notification delivery (push, SMS, email, in-app) Help build scalable messaging capabilities, including templates, personalization, and experimentation frameworks Support integration with tools like Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response Work with data teams to enable targeting, personalization, and event-driven messaging Implement controls such as frequency capping, consent management, and suppression rules Act as a bridge between engineering and marketing teams, translating requirements into scalable solutions Post-Transition (Campaign Execution Focus): Execute and manage mobile/push campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Build audiences, journeys, and personalization strategies Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
3-7+ years in either backend/platform engineering or marketing technology/campaign operations Experience with MarTech tools (AJO, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.) Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.) preferred Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with PEGA and enterprise decisioning tools is a strong plus #LI-MF2 #INDOEM
