Work with homeowners and contractors in a modern showroom to guide them through product selection, project scope, and pricing. Estimate withPrecision:
Review architectural plans and perform material take-offs to build accurate project estimates and final proposals. Be theExpert:
Provide deep product knowledge on premium exterior materials (including siding, decking, railings, and doors) and explain manufacturing capabilities clearly.Deliver Excellence:
Ensure a seamless, professional experience for every customer from their initial inquiry to the final handshake.Collaborate:
Partner with internal teams to make sure every order is executed perfectly.What We're Looking For Industry Know-How:
Solid experience in exterior building products, construction estimating, remodeling, or residential sales.Product Familiarity:
Good knowledge of exterior systems and premium brands (like composite decking, advanced siding, and railing systems).Blueprint Literacy:
Comfort reading architectural plans and generating accurate material lists.Communication Skills:
A consultative, friendly approach with top-notch communication and customer service skills.Tech & Math Savvy:
Strong attention to detail with pricing, alongside comfort using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
