Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an Adobe Workfront Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing project management and workflow efficiency. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in Adobe Workfront Fusion to enhance operational processes. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring effective user management and system configuration. Design and maintain automation scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion to streamline marketing workflows. Integrate Workfront with various enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow and campaign execution. Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals. Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for improved decision-making. Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices in automation and system use. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Adobe support as necessary. Continuously assess and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. Skills Proven experience in Adobe Workfront administration or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, including scenario design and optimization. Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management workflows. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Adobe Workfront tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Certification in Adobe Workfront or related project management tools. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Familiarity with JSON, data mapping, and integration patterns. Experience working with agile marketing teams.
