Digital Marketing Specialist, Senior Staffmark Group $50.00-$50.00 paid holidays 11140 Highway 55 (Show on map) Jun 05, 2026 Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist Contract | Plymouth, MN ( days onsite preferred, flexibility for 3 days onsite) Freelance Our client, a leader in early childhood education, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness, enrollment growth, and community engagement as the company continues to expand within the early childhood development and education space. This role will lead digital marketing efforts across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization to strengthen the organization's online presence and connect with families in local markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, data-driven approach to campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation while supporting the company's mission of providing high-quality early childhood education and care. Responsibilities Manage digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, paid social, website, and display advertising Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and KPI reporting Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and audience engagement Support landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion improvements Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital marketing efforts Qualifications 3+ years of digital marketing experience Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, paid social, and email marketing Experience with platforms such as WordPress, SEMRush, Sprout Social, or similar tools Analytical mindset with strong communication and project management skills Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus #LI-SS1 #
