We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will harness the power of digital channels to elevate our brand presence, optimize campaigns for maximum impact, and deliver measurable results. Your expertise will help us connect with our target audiences across multiple platforms, ensuring our marketing efforts are both creative and data-driven. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment dedicated to growth and innovation. Duties Manage and execute all marketing-related website activities, including building and optimizing landing pages, implementing SEO strategies, publishing and maintaining blog content, and supporting campaign-specific enhancements, without responsibility for overall website administration or technical infrastructure. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing programs through multiple electronic media including SEO, email, display advertising, website content, and social media. Administer company CRM platform, Hubspot, being the main point of contact for sales and marketing teams. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor maximization of HubSpot marketing program as main platform for digital media launch and tracking. Serve as the administrator of our digital marketing content platform, BigTinCan, overseeing content creation, approval workflows, asset organization, user access, and platform integrations to ensure smooth operation and alignment with marketing campaigns Oversee and implement Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns; Monitor and improve lead conversion results and optimize spending through ongoing analysis of metrics. Analyze and translate data from Google Analytics into actionable plans. Analyze key metrics across all digital marketing campaigns to identify trends and opportunities. Create and maintain monthly MQL reports and spreadsheets, analyzing lead generation performance and providing actionable insights to support marketing and sales strategies. Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate the results of your work. Analyze campaign outcomes and show positive ROI from digital channels. Understand our target markets, buyer personas, solution offerings, and competitive advantages to position our products for success. Develop editorial strategy, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Teams, and maintain content marketing calendar. Support product launches with appropriate digital planning. Work with Sales to develop digital aids and programs that assist in moving prospects/customers through the sales process. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
B.A., or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Graphic Design Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience Background in digital marketing/communications Strong knowledge of graphical tools like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign Experience in SEO, PPC, data analysis, email marketing and social media marketing Experience in Website CMS - preferably WordPress Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics
ENVIRONMENT
Duties are performed indoors at the corporate offices in Grandview, MO. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, use stairs or elevators to access offices on other floors of building, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer printer, and phone. The person in this position frequently communicates with others (internal and external) who may have various inquiries, etc. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
