Founded in 2023, we specialize in cutting-edge manufacturing of Service Bodies, Utility Bodies, Mechanics Bodies, Crane Bodies, and fully customizable builds tailored to our clients' unique operational needs. Position Summary Logan Industries is seeking a proactive, hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to own and elevate our digital presence and support our sales pipeline. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our online brand, responsible for auditing and optimizing our website (logankc.com), spearheading our social media channels, and creating the visual and written collateral our outside sales team needs to close deals. You will transition our web infrastructure to its next level of growth, tell our manufacturing story through compelling social content, and ensure our sales team is fully equipped to succeed. Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Optimization & Management •
Audit & Roadmap:
Perform a comprehensive audit of the current logankc.com website to identify bottlenecks and develop a prioritized improvement roadmap focusing on user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), mobile responsiveness, and page load speeds. •
CMS Evaluation & Migration:
Evaluate the performance and limitations of the current GoDaddy platform. Recommend and lead a strategic migration to a more robust, scalable Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress or Webflow if deemed necessary. •
Inventory Management:
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date, and visually compelling digital catalog of our product inventory, including Service Bodies, Utility Bodies, Utility Vans (LUV), and Crane Bodies. •
Lead Generation:
Design, implement, and optimize high-converting lead capture elements across the site, including contact forms, quote request workflows, and prominent calls to action (CTAs). •
Technical Maintenance:
Resolve domain configuration, SSL, and URL redirect issues to ensure seamless, secure, and consistent brand representation across all web entry points. •
Local SEO Strategy:
Own and execute an ongoing SEO strategy tailored to capture high-intent search traffic in the Kansas City and Independence, MO regional markets. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation •
Multi-Channel Execution:
Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other industry-relevant platforms to build brand awareness. •
Content Production:
Write, design, and schedule a consistent calendar of original content, including professional graphics, engaging copy, and short-form video showcases of our custom builds. •
Community Engagement:
Actively monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional brand voice, and organically grow our follower base. •
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key social performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and iteratively adjust strategies based on data. Sales Enablement & Brand Exposure •
Sales Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with our outside sales team to understand customer pain points, feedback, and market demands to align marketing efforts. •
Collateral Creation:
Design and write high-quality sales support materials, including digital brochures, product one-pagers, cold outreach email templates, customer case studies, and PowerPoint presentation decks. •
Brand Visibility:
Identify and pursue proactive opportunities to increase Logan Industries' regional and industry exposure through press releases, local business directories, industry partnerships, and regional trade media. •
Lead Campaign Tracking:
Support targeted lead generation campaigns and establish mechanisms to track, analyze, and report on their overall ROI and effectiveness.
QualificationsRequired:
Experience:
3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, web management, or a similar hybrid marketing role. •
Web Development Skills:
Proven, hands-on experience building, managing, or significantly upgrading professional B2B websites using modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace). •
SEO & Analytics:
Strong working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, local SEO tactics, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). •
Social Media Management:
Direct experience managing business social media accounts, including hands-on content creation, scheduling tools, and performance tracking. •
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and professional copy editing. •
Self-Management:
Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal day-to-day supervision.

B Sales Support:
Prior experience supporting a B2B sales team or outside sales representatives with collateral and lead generation. •
Graphic Design:
Basic graphic design proficiency utilizing tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or the Adobe Creative Suite. •
Email Marketing:
Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot. •
Industry Experience:
Experience working in or with industrial, manufacturing, automotive, construction, trades, or heavy services-based businesses.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
