Full Job Description What You'll Be Doing:
The Advisory Marketing Specialist has responsibility for supporting the Advisory Program Marketing initiatives offered through the Investment Products & Services Group to Stifel Financial Advisors across the Firm. The Specialist works independently and with the Advisory Marketing Team to provide education, support and solutions to Financial Advisors. The Specialist must develop an in-depth knowledge of Advisory Programs and the investments offered within these programs.
What We're Looking For:
Respond to Financial Advisors inquiries on Advisory Programs and supporting tools via calls and emails. Develop and continually enhance knowledge of Advisory Programs, tools and resources. Maintain, develop and publish content for the intranet pages to support Advisory Programs. Educate Financial Advisors about advisory products and the consulting services process. Interact with Program Management to understand how changes impact Advisors and their clients. Collaborate with Financial Advisors on proposals. Deliver outstanding service to Financial Advisors to create an enhanced client experience.
What You'll Bring:
Ability to understand and communicate fundamental differences between advisory and brokerage. Knowledge of advisory business with specific background in mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separate account management, investment performance measurement, and asset allocation. Knowledgeable of Stifel policies/procedures or industry regulations related to investment advisory business.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum Required:
1 to 3 years in
Financial Services Licenses & Credentials:
Minimum Required:
Series 7 and 66 obtained within 6 months of hire
Systems & Technology:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Understanding of Morningstar is preferred
