Marketing and Communications :

Help manage day-to-day branch marketing and communications requests to support individual branch needs and goals in support of membership, programs, classes, events, fundraising and other initiatives.

Graphic Design :

Demonstrate strong graphic design skills to create print, digital and promotional materials to be used for marketing and communications initiatives. Work with the digital team to help create and implement branch social media marketing strategies. Highly organized with proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive and self-directed team member in a fast-paced environment. Work with the digital team to help execute the day-to-day operations of all digital properties (web, email, social, mobile). Experience with photography and videography is a plus. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Work professionally and effectively with multiple individuals and personalities at the branch and Metro level. Ensure all materials adhere to Y USA brand guidelines and help monitor design compliance with guidelines throughout the association. Performs all other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree communications, marketing, graphic design, related field or equivalent education or experience preferred. Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Must have a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and ability to meet deadlines. Must have good interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of people in both in-person and virtual settings.
