Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Representative with strong experience in lead generation and a working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and stays current with emerging AI technologies in marketing.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM). Generate and nurture high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and funnel optimization. Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance, audience targeting, personalization, and automation. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms, etc.). Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead conversion goals. Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads and campaign effectiveness. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and AI innovations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation. Working knowledge of AI tools used in marketing (e.g., automation platforms, predictive analytics, content generation tools). Experience with Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience. Basic understanding ofHTML/CSS
