Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales. Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing
SEO, SEM
(Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing techniques to maximize visibility and engagement. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to ensure high ROI. Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and content optimization. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update website content and improve user experience. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform ongoing strategy adjustments. Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for digital assets. Implement conversion optimization tactics by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows to increase lead generation and sales conversions. Maintain knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective. Skills Strong understanding of SEO principles including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO best practices. Experience with social media management platforms for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content. Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates. Expertise in managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) with a focus on ROI-driven results. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for troubleshooting website issues or customizing landing pages. Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot for automation campaigns. Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and SQL queries to derive actionable insights from performance metrics. Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows across multiple channels. Strong copywriting skills for creating persuasive ad copy, blog posts, email content, and social media posts. Understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies within the digital landscape. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
