Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a cannabis dispensary and alternative medicine store in Bozeman, MT seeking a Social Media Manager & Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines digital marketing and in-store sales, focusing on creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and providing excellent customer service. We are committed to promoting wellness through natural remedies, education, and community. Key Responsibilities Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Engage with customers online and promote products, events, and specials Assist customers in-store with product knowledge and personalized recommendations Support daily retail operations including sales, merchandising, and inventory Ensure all marketing efforts comply with cannabis regulations Qualifications Experience in social media, marketing, or retail preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of cannabis or alternative medicine is a plus Creative, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Must meet all state requirements for cannabis employment
