You are not responsible for closing sales. Your job is to create opportunity. Top performers in this role can earn $60,000 to $130,000+ per year, with strong potential for even greater earnings through advancement into Solar Consultant and leadership roles. What You'll Do Walk neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Start conversations about solar and battery backup Set qualified appointments for the sales team Collect basic customer information and utility bill details when needed Track activity using company tools Represent repower professionally in the community Who We're Looking For Self-motivated and driven Competitive and performance-focused Coachable and reliable Comfortable talking with new people Willing to work outdoors Has reliable transportation Experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, athletics, bartending, or other people-facing roles is helpful, but not required.
