This role plays a key part in executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting field marketing efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This position offers hands-on exposure to integrated marketing strategy, campaign execution, community engagement, and event management, with opportunities for continued growth and increased ownership over time. In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams and field leadership to support local marketing needs, coordinate events and office initiatives, assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking, and help strengthen brand presence both digitally and in person. Travel will be required to support events, office openings, community partnerships, and other field marketing initiatives.
